Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I want you to know this: your experience matters. Your voice, your comfort, your questions, your gut feelings.. they all deserve space and respect. That’s where I come in.
My job isn’t to push an agenda or make decisions for you. It’s to offer evidence-based info, support and grounded care, so that you feel confident in you choices. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, getting an epidural or heading into a planned cesarean, I’m in your corner 1000%.
I’m here to walk alongside you, not to tell you how to do this. You’re the one giving birth. I’m the one holding the space, offering guidance, helping you advocate for yourself and reminding you of your own strength when it gets loud or messy or overwhelming.

1.Fill out the form
Send me a message and tell me a little about you and what you’re looking for. You don’t need all the details figured out, just enough to start the conversation.
2.Call or Meet up
We’ll connect in a way that feels easy. A call, coffee or whatever makes sense. Liking each other as people matters. This work is personal, and it’s important that it feels like a good fit on both sides.
CONTRACT & Retainer
You'll receive a contract, invoice and questionnaire via email to seal the deal.
4.Birth attendance
I go on call for all births at 36 weeks. Time at birth will vary depending on your needs and wants as far as support goes
